How to access your Azure VM via RDP (Remote Desktop Connection)
Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) is a proprietary protocol developed by Microsoft which provides a user with a graphical interface to connect to another computer over a network connection.
See steps below on how to access your Virtual Machine via RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol)
Click the start button and type in RDP or MSTSC, an app icon will display as remote desktop connection. Click Remote Desktop Connection, as shown below:

A pop up window will display as shown below. Check IP address or Hostname, if it is the correct connection. Click the Connect button. Refer to the welcome email for you VM access credentials. If you don't have the welcome email, please contact the vCloud Support

After clicking connect, a small pop up window will appear. Fill in the necessary credentials and click OK. Once you enter the correct credentials, it will take you to the Virtual Desktop.

Please note a small pop up box may appear (as shown below), it is not an error but simply confirmation of the connection. You may tick the "Don't ask me again for connections to this computer..." so you this box won't appear again on your next connection session. Then click Yes to proceed.

IMPORTANT - If you don't have your access credentials or if you did not receive the welcome email, please contact the vCloud Support.
