To access emails on your local PC (outside the cloud), for access to any Zoom, Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, Skype or any other video conferencing invites sent via email, please follow this how to guide :

Open a browser and in the address bar type : https://mail.domainname.com/owa

domainname.com, please replace with your domain name here.

which will take you to the page below:



Type in your user credentials as seen below:

Domain \ Username - Domain\firstname.lastname
Password - your log on password when logging on to your VM

*Contact Help Desk if not aware of the credentials or website URLs you need to input.

After logging in for the first time, when you see this page, select the right timezone then hit save.



After clicking save, it will take you to your inbox, and you'll be able to do basic outlook functions like composing, sending, replying, forwarding and browsing emails.

Find the email with the conferencing invite and click on it from here. This will then open the conferencing software and start the session, ask to connect your camera and audio devices.
