How to Create a Support Ticket

Create a ticket in the support portal in these steps :

Open a browser and Go to this link : , log in using your credentials - see article for more info Logging in to your Support portal account

After logging in you will be taken to the default page which is the CREATE NEW TICKET page

Fill out necessary details :

1- SEVERITY* - Select the Severity level based on the urgency of the matter
2- CATEGORY* - Select the appropriate Category
3- SUBJECT* - A brief description of the issue
4- DETAILS* - A detailed description of the matter

After filling out necessary details, Click the create button on the lower right portion of the window. A banner will appear that your ticket was submitted successfully.

A notification about the ticket will be sent to the Helpdesk personnel. The Ticket will be assigned to the concerned personnel whom will receive an SMS to notify him of the issue AS SOON AS THE TICKET IS CREATED.
