click the Zoom icon on your desktop or in the start menu :



Sign in with your credentials



After signing in to your account you'll get to the zoom app home page, where you will see the buttons for joining a meeting, scheduling a meeting, joining a meeting and other options. at this point if your invite was sent via email, you just need to click the invite link then the conferencing app will open.
