Inline with the Remote Learning program for the students that vCloud is having, we will be needing some information for us to set up the remote desktop on your devices at home. In order for us to manage these data, Helpdesk will be needing participants to fill out some online forms and set a date and time for a session in Calendly. See instructions below on how to register :

Visit the vCloud Support website https://www.vcausupport.com. On the homepage, hover your mouse pointer on the to bar menu under services



Hover your mouse pointer over at Other Support Services then click at the "Learn More" box of REMOTE LEARNING FOR STUDENTS



After clicking Learn More it will take you to the remote learning page :



Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see NEXT STEP, Follow the instructions on setting up the appointment.
