Setting up your Email Account using the default IOS Email client app (iPHONE, iPAD and IOS users only)
go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts

tap Add Account then select Exchange


Fill out the necessary details :
Email : the email address assigned, contact helpdesk if unsure
Description : any input here will be the display / label of the email account
tap next when done

a pop up box will appear as shown below. Select Configure Manually

Supply the Password then click next. Contact helpdesk if unsure

After clicking next, fill out the necessary details on the screen as shown below. Contact Helpdesk if unsure of the details :
Server : mail.yourdomain.com.au
Domain: leave blank
Username : XXX\firstname.surname
then click next.

it will then connect to the server and prompt that Email account is added successfully
