Creating a Support Ticket via the Client Support Portal

If you are a vCloud customer, on adHoc or paid managed services, then you have access to the vCloud Support Portal to log tickets.

To access the vCloud Support Portal, visit:
https://ticketing.vcloudsupport.com

STEP # 1: LOG INTO THE SUPPORT PORTAL

Enter your username and password to log in. These details are provided to you when you signed up to vCloud Support or one of our divisions of the vCloud Group.



| STEP # 2: CREATE A SUPPORT TICKET

Press "CREATE TICKET"



| STEP # 3: FILL IN THE SUPPORT TICKET DETAILS

Simply select the severity, category, subject/support issue, then details of the issue you have, and press create.

Let the support portal, the vCloud Admin/Support team do the rest.
