Accessing VMWare Horizon - Tablet and Mobile Phone
vCloud Group Virtual Machines are accessible through a variety of platforms, including your tablet device and mobile phone.
You will need to download the VMWare Horizon Client app through the apple or google store (depending if you are using an IOS or Android device).
Once installed, type in the server name, depending on which vCloud Server you are on.
Server 1 - myws01.vcloudgroup.net
Server 2 - myws02.vcloudgroup.net
Server 3 - myws03.vcloudgroup.net
Also add in vCloud Group - Workspace #* in the description box. (once again, depending on which vCloud Server you are on.
Next step is to add your user name and password in the relevant area.
Using a tablet/mobile device, there is a grey button you need to press to enable a variety of key functions eg. keyboard, mouse.
To finish your session, press the disconnect button.
