Hosted Exchange - Delete / Remove Mailbox

  1. Follow the steps outlined to connect and log into the Hosted Exchange Control Panel.

2. Once logged in you will be presented with your dashboard, for your exchange server:

**3. Select Button on the left menu - SERVICE DIRECTOR + **

4. Select Button on the left menu - Exchange Hosting +

**5. Select Button on the left menu - Accounts **

6. Select Button - Manage

7. Select Mailboxes from the top menu

8. Scroll to the bottom to see a list of all the mailboxes created in your exchange server


9. Select the More Details (Three Horizontal Lines), under Options to the right

10. Select Delete from the popup menu then OK to confirm deleting mailbox.
