How to provision a new phone through vCloud Phone System Management Console

Using the vCloud Phone System Management Console you are able to provision a new phone.

To do this, follow the below steps:

Go to the extension tab on the left hand side menu bar.

Double click on the extension number you need to provision.

Go to the Phone Provisioning tab.

Press the 'add' button.

Select the correct phone model from the drop down box and add the MAC Address, removing the colons. (To get the MAC you need to press the 'ok' button on your handset).

Change the Provisioning Method to - Direct SIP (STUN - remote). Copy the Provisioning Link and then press OK.
