  The TeamViewer QuickSupport is an app that is also being used by vCloud's Technical Support team to access and view the user's machines - similar to the normal Teamviewer software, the only difference is that the quicksupport version does not require installation of the app. vCloud had this option intended for users that does not prefer installing the actual teamviewer app and users that will be needing support on their home / personal non business devices.
